The TKI has been the leader in conflict resolution assessment for more than forty years. To date, more than 8,000,000 copies of the TKI have been published since 1974.

FIRO® Assessment

Fundamental Interpersonal Relations Orientation-BehaviorTM (FIRO-B®) is a theory of interpersonal relations, was first introduced by William Schutz in 1958 as simply the Fundamental Interpersonal Relations OrientationTM (FIRO®). This theory provided an explaination to the interpersonal interactions of a local group of people; their affection/openness, control, and inclusion. The version B (for "Behavior"), is a measuring instrument that contains six scales, measuring how group members feel when it comes to inclusion, control, and affection/openness.
